The Integration of Corporate Human Capital with Social Capital

The firm theories experiences the evolution from quality capital to the human capital to arrive the social capital, became the words structure of conjunction of the three kinds of capital. Once the human capital enters the firm, it combines with the material capital organically, and becomes the management ability and competition ability of the firm. And through the integration of the human capital by the social capital, the firm can form the endogenous idiosyncrasy and keep the permanence competitive ability.
