Effective Real Right Publication: What is cannot be Endured by the Litigant?

Effective publication differs from counter publication in the transaction of real rights. The former ignores the autonomy space of the real right law as civil law while seeking to insure the safety of real right transactions. According to the object, effectiveness of the real right publication and the nature of the non-publication real right, we can say that the counter publication legislation system is more rational.
