Technology Culture and Brainpower Crime

LI Xi-hai (Shandong Police Academy, Jinan 250014, P.R.China)  
Technology culture is a complicated system that has been formed with the developing course of science and technology, the system has its characters including technology contents,science knowledge,science spirit and science thinking mode. Brainpower crime is carried into execution by wisdoms including science thinking and stratagem and science knowledge and skills. Brainpower crime is a result of science and technology culture, in the developing course of brainpower crime, science and technology culture take an effect of activator. Technology culture could supply tremendous power for brainpower crime, it also could supply new crime means and effective thinking mode,and could midwifery new crime type, as a result, we must bring into play fully the good domino effect of technology culture, try to overcome its bad domino effect, in order to prevent and control brainpower crime.
