The Study Of Thhe Mehod of Immobilised Grow Yeast Cells Frepared By Polyvinyl Alcohol

Irradioted the mixture of 10g anin exchange resin (strongly basic 201×8)with 100ml of 10%(W/V) polyvinyl alcohol Solution by U·V(2600A.) for 90 min and freezed at—20C for 21hr.to form ion exchange membrane.The memorane is tough and not docomposel in water, Vinye alcohol as well as culture medium for a long time.It has been proved that the yeast cells ill the membrane can continuous grow and not get free by observed with microscope and fermentations of batch and continuous.There was an increase in the capabilty of the immobilised cells.
