Construction method of claim attribute base for hydraulic and hydropower projects

Theory and method of modularization are widely used for production organization in manufacturing industry,while they are rarely used in project management.This paper introduces the modularization idea into claims management including the use of AHP and GGA,focusing on project claim attribute base.A method for constructing this base was formulated and a comprehensive correlation matrix of claims attribute was generated by identifying the attributes of projects claims events with AHP method.This model(i.e.the comprehensive correlation matrix) was solved with GGA,and a project claim attribute base was generated.On the basis of this construction method and claim cases,a commodity attribute base of hydraulic and hydropower projects was generated.The results show that the method is feasible.
