Process Optimization of Radiator Mold for Car Light

Car lights radiator is a key component of LED lights cooling system.Aiming at difficult forming of the radiator and serious ot wearing of the mold in forming process,which is unable to realize a batch production,based on the optimization of the mold and the satisfiction of the normal working,a3 D software UG was used to draw the mold,and the modified parameters table of the mold was designed,a numerical simulation analysis was achieved by the Deform-3D.Under the condition of the parameter of press machine and workpiece's diameter is unchanged,the optimal plan of mold parameters is that mold draft angle is 0.8°and gear region circle radius is 0.3 mm,in this condition,the wear of mold is less and the precise of part forming is better.The result can provide a reference for radiator mold design.
