Clinical Analysis for 289 Cases with Erosive Gastritis Accompanied with Peptic Ulcer

The paper reported 289 cases with erosive gastritis (EG) accompanied with peptic ulcer,which were 32. 7% of 884 cases with EG confirmed by endoscopy at same time The 289 cases accompanied with duodenal ulcer were 211 cases (23. 9% ). The detection rate of Helicobacter pyloric (Hp) was 90%. These suggested that hyperacidity and Hp infection were the common important factors in the genesis of EG and peptic ulcer. Endoscopic examination was an important and dependent measure to diagnosed this lesion. At present, the drugs of antiacid, anti Hp,protecting gastric mucosa and microwave coagulation are effective therapy for EG accompanied with peptic ulcer.
