Recursive Method for Nonlinear Dynamic Network Fault Diagnosis

The fault diagnosis of nonlinear analog dynamic circuits is studied. Based on the recursive algorithm, the fault diagnosis of nonlinear analog circuits is transformed into n times fault diagnosis of linear analog circuits whose topologies are similar. The diagnosis is dependent on the values of frequency kernels, which have been measured in corresponding frequency points. The fault logical determining technique is applied to simplify the computation. Increasing test points and adopting nodal decomposition approach, the proposed method is applicable to large nonlinear analog circuit.
