STUDY ON OPTIMIZATION OF AGRONOMIC PRACTICES AND SIMPLE DIAGNOSTIC TARGET FOR DIRECT-SEEDING RICE XIU-SHUI 122

The relationships between main technical factors of the agronomic practices for direct-seeding cultivation and rice yield were studied with the commonly used method of rotation and combinatorial design quadratic regression. The relationships among sowing norm, nitrogen, phosphate, potassium fertilizer amounts and yield of rice variety Xiu-shui 122 were determined. The optimum scheme of agronomic practices was obtained through microcomputer simulation and optimization to achieve a yield of more than 8 250kg/hm2 with 95%'s reliability in the same test condition. The several growth and development targets of rice population were analysed in detail, and the diagnostic target for high yield of the variety Xiu-shui 122 was proposed.
