The NDV strain adapted to cell and IBDV strain Q isolated, identificated and also adapted to cell in our institute were propagated in vitro by cell culture. After inactivation, the high-titer fluids harvested from these propagations were made intocombined inactivated oil-emulsion vaccine against ND and IBD. The animal immunization test showed that the protection rate of the combined vaccine prepared in vitrocell culture was over ninety-two percent. The storage and efficacy tests proved its strong immune power and high quality.
