Rheological Behaviors of Mycelial Filaments Suspensions of Coriolus versicolor and Variation of Rhcological Behaviors during Cultivation

In the present paper, the rheo ogical behaviors of mycelial filament suspensions of Coriolus versicolor in liquid suspended culture, have been measured. Experimental results are showed that the rbeological behaviors of the myoelial filaments suspension exhibited obviusly as a non-Newtonion fluid. At different suspended culture age, the rheological model of the suspension have an alternation in poper seguence from Bingham model to Casson model to pseudolastic model with yield stress. Furthermore, we have inspected influences of the culture substrate, solid-content and size of mycelial filaments particles on suspension rheological behaviors.
