One each case of acute embolism of right common iliac artery, secondary thrombosis of atherosclerotic right external iliac artery and intimal dissection of the right common iliac artery were treated. They had similar clinical signs and the diagnoses were made by arteriography through catheterization to the opposite femoral artery. The method of operation depended on the cause of iliac obstruction. These 3 patients were treated by embolectomy, endarterectomy and fixation of dissected intima respectively. Excellent results were obtained.
