Studies on Some Oganic Substances during Development of Pumpkin's Young Fruits

Some organic substances in four sites of pumpkin young fruits under different treatments were measured.Soluble proteins and reduced carbohydrates are sensitive among treatments or four sites and their average content treated with non pollination is lower,particularly than artificial pollination and hormone treatments;The content of proteins before flowering appears higher than latter in all treatments,But it is more obvious in non pollinanation.Content of reduced carbohydrate in fruits' stem expresses a climax value during 6~10 days after being treated with non pollination.Moreover the content of proteins in each places of young fruits has a characteristic of placentamid walltip wallstem and content of Vc shows placentamid wall=tip wall=stem.\;
