Separation of GMP among RIL Population and the Correlation Analysis between A WRC, Swelling Index of Gultenin,Wet Gluten Content and GMP Content

Glutenin macropolymer(GMP) is one of the most important components of gultenin polymer. The size distribution of glutenin polymer can be expressed by the content of GMP.In this paper,the method of extraction, isolation and measurement about GMP,the difference and correlation among GMP content,Alkalescence water retentiveness capacity,Swelling index of gultenin and wet gluten content were analyzed by a recombinant inbred lines.The results showed that the method processed the simple,rapid,steady and economic characteristic.Results of experiment was reliable and can be repeated well.GMP content,AWRC,SIG and wet gluten content were controlled by minor polygenes,compare to two parents, the variance was relatively great. It was significantly positive correlation among SIG and wet gluten content and GMP content,there was no significantly positive correlation between AWRC and GMP content.
