A Recursive Blind Identification Algorithm Based on SIMO System

Conventional blind channel identification algorithms are based on channel outputs and knowledge of the probabilistic model of channel input. However, there may not be sufficient data to obtain accurate estimates of certain statistics. In order to avoid this drawback, a new blind identification method is presented by using the recursive least square (RLS) method to solve the XLTK equation. It reduces the required computation memory for blind deconvolution of SIMO-FIR systems. A simple method derived from an identity commonly found in polynumial theory is used to deconvolve the system input. The experimental results show the validity of the method.
