Low Complexity HBCEM FRM Polyphase Filter Bank

Aimed at the problem of high computation complexity by the narrower of sub-channel transition,the essential reason of HBCEM FRM filter for high efficiency is analyzed.Then,combining with the thought of multiphase filtering,two HBCEM FRM uniformity filter banks are proposed by using HBCEM FRM filter as a prototype filter.The filter banks have lower computation complexity than conventional FRM filter bank when the transition bandwidth of the prototype filter is sharp.Finally,the complexity analysis and the design example are used to illustrate the feasibility.
