Signal Processing Method of Impedance Gastric Motility Combined Wavelet with FastICA

The signal processing method of the multi-channel impedance gastric motility measurement from the surface of human body for the signal gathering and the information extracting is studied.Four-channel impedance gastric motility detection system of the research center is used to carry out measurement experiments of impedance gastric motility for information acquisition of healthy volunteers.Combined the multi-resolution characteristics of wavelet transform with the blind source separation of FastICA algorithm,the information acquired by the detection system is decomposed and reconstructed by wavelet transform,and subsequently sent to the ICA as input.Then,blind separation by the FastICA algorithm is implemented to realize the separation of the impedance signal and the extraction of gastric motility information.The independent component of the impedance gastric motility signal is successfully separated,after ICA separation undesired components can be back-projected to observe with zero weights.Using the method,pure impedance gastric peristalsis waveform is optimally obtained.The approach is effective for the separation of multi-channel impedance gastric motility signal,and the weak and aliasing signal of gastric motility can be clearly extracted.
