Analysis on lateral displacement of semi-rigid connection space frame under earthquake motions

Space frames with different stories and different connections are modeled and analysed by ANSYS.Then lateral displacements of the space frames are compared under earthquake loads.The theoretical analyses demonstrate that the deformation shapes are similar on two kinds of connections,The number of stories and semi-rigid comnections increase the lateral displacements evidently.
