Two-dimensional earthquake test study on roof model of National Gymnasium

The earthquake table test of the roof model of National Gymnasium is the first time to do the test of so large size of the structure at home and abroad.The vertical and horizontal vibration table tests of the roof model are conducted.The responses of acceleration,displacement and stress of the structure under the two-dimensional earthquake provide the tested data for evaluating the seismic performance of the roof and can be referencd in seismic analysis of similar structure.At the same time,the results indicate that bi-directional beam sting structure have good aseismic capability and is a new-style great structure,which has favorable application in future.
