Research on Extrusion Forming Process of Aluminum Tungsten Powder Alloy Fixed Scroll Plate

The rheological behaviors of aluminum tungsten powder alloy at strain rates of 0.001, 0.01, 0.1, 1s-1and deformation temperature of 420,450,480, 510, 540 ℃ were tested by using Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation machine. The fixed scroll plate extrusion forming process was numerically simulated by using the finite element software. The reasonable extrusion process was determined and verified through physics experiments. The microstructures of different component in different positions were compared. Finally, the qualified extrusion parts were obtained.
