Study on Sulfation Technology of Exopolysaccharide from Poria cocos mycelia

Han Yong(Shanxi Pharmaceutical Vocational College,Taiyuan 030031,China)  
To investigate the optimal sulfation technology of exopolysaccharide from Poria cocos mycelia.Based on the single factor design,the sulfation technology of exopolysaccharide was optimized by the response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimal sulfation technology of exopolysaccharide were as follows: chlorosulfonic acid and pyridine mole ratio of 1:3.85,reaction temperature 73 ℃ and reaction time 3.34 h.Under those conditions,the degree of substitution was 1.02.
