An Automatic Gluing Control System Improvement Method Base on S7-200 PLC

This paper presents a design for the shoe's automatic gluing control system improvement base on S7-200 PLC.It analyses the disadvantages in the current shoe's automatic gluing control system,and then propose a control design for stepper motor in the shoe's automatic gluing machine based on S7-200 PLC,eliminates the instability of the old control system,improves the gluing quality and increases the stability of machine processing.
