The Co-existence and Thought in the Chinese Idiom ‘The Sky And The Earth’

This article tries to testify that the idiom 'the sky and the earth' accumulates an idea that the Hans' attitude towards the sky and the earth. It names and describes the state of the objects and expresses feeling relying on the sky and the earth, even 'control' the willingness of the sky and the earth. In the meaning of the idiom, 'the sky and the earth' can make the same meaning stronger and similar meaning help each other and opposite meaning supplement. It is a concrete form towards the thought. The idiom's beauty of the modulation, beauty of the rhythm, beauty of the regularity and the beauty of the harmony are the result of the phonology.
