Innovation Space and Cultivating Creative Talents

For cultivating the innovative talents,it's necessary to preserve and protect both internal and external space of innovation for them.The internal space of innovation is the psychological space in which innovators can freely explore and inquire.If the psychological space of innovation is squeezed,some of the channels inside the psychological space for the innovator tending to innovate may be blocked.The direct external space of innovation is the protected external space in which the individuals or teams of innovation can explore and create anything new freely,including related material necessaries,supporting system for the innovators to be valued reasonably and stimulated effectively;Accordingly,the social environment of innovation,as the ecosystem of innovation,is the indirect external space of innovation.To preserve and protect the internal and external space of innovation,is both the necessary premise for keeping the creativity of teenagers,developing their innovative personalities in the basic education stage and also the important means for the colleges to cultivate innovative ability for bachelors and graduate students in the higher education.
