Influencing Factors Analysis of the Development of Pure Electric Buses in Shandong Province Based on Structural Equation Modeling

According to the survey of 340 practitioners from 17 cities in Shandong Province,technical standard and RD,operating efficiency of charge stations,infrastructure,battery performance and industrial policy are selected as the five common influencing factors of the development of pure electric buses by factor analysis.And then,the structural equation modeling(SEM)of the development of pure electric buses is built to test their influence on the development of pure electric buses and the influencing paths among them.The result shows that:(1)operating efficiency of charge stations,infrastructure and battery performance have significantly positive correlations with the development of pure electric buses;(2)the correlation between technical standard and RD and the development of pure electric buses is insignificant,but it can influence pure electric buses through operating efficiency of charge stations and battery performance;(3)through industrial infrastructure and operating efficiency of charge stations,industrial policy can influence the development of pure electric buses indirectly.These results also reflect the relationship between the factors which are influencing the development of pure electric buses in China.
