Deconstructing film and television works by Internet We-Media, represented by "Gu Amo", becomes increasingly rampant. It is complicated to define copyright in homogenized film editing methods. Although the sub-cultural trend driven by the information network revolution is gaining more and more consensus because it echoes mass entertainment, copyright issues should be treated differently. When using transformative use rules to analyze the behavior of the current mixed-cut videos, we should avoid the adverse reaction of "unacclimatization" caused by the importation of the rules. Therefore, it is helpful to combine with the "three-step test method". The transformative use rules are used as the screening criteria of the "first step test", so as to comprehensively interpret the current and future homogeneous mixed-cut video clipping and better understand the copyright protection boundary in digital environment.
