As a specific type of meticulous governance, grid governance shows the advantages of timely information feedback, clear responsibility subject, and great contributions to social stability in the process of practice. However, based on the survey and the investigation in the F Community, J City, it is found that, under the background of "separation of registered and actual residences", many problems still exist in the process of community meticulous governance, such as neglect of the needs of the residents, and lack of the effective management on the floating population. In view of this, the community governance needs to change the management mode in time, that is, to bring the floating population into the grid management, which helps increase the communications between the residents and the floating population. Meanwhile, the grid members should play their pivotal roles and multi-subjects should be encouraged to participate in the management, which facilitates the gradual establishment of a meticulous governance pattern based on multi-participation.
