黄颡鱼鱼苗对不同营养水平饵料利用效果的研究

A three - factor,three - level orthogonal design was made to determine the effect of different nutritional diets on the growth of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco fry.9000 fishes with an average initial weight of 0.40 g are randomly distributed to 9 groups and were fed with test diets containing protein levels(45 %,40 %,35 %),digestible energy(14,13,12 MJ/kg)and different component premix for 30 days. The results indicated that the protein levels of diet had significantly effect on the weight gain rate and feed conversion of experimental fishes(P 0.05). The optimal protein level for Pelteobagrus fulvidraco fry is 45 %, and the optimal digestible energy level is 14 MJ/kg.
