Research on the degradation process of lignin and cellulose from glycyrrhiza slag by combined enzyme

This experiment was aimed to study the degradation efficiency of lignin and total cellulose in Glycyrrhiza dregs feed by complex enzymatic method,and promote the research progress of Glycyrrhiza dregs feed. Under the premise of preserving the active ingredients of polysaccharides and flavonoids,the degradation of lignin and total cellulose in licorice residue by four factors,pH value,enzymatic hydrolysis temperature,enzymatic hydrolysis time and complex enzyme dosage were studied by single factor and designing orthogonal test with L9(34)to determine the optimal parameters. Results :under the conditions of pH 6.0,temperature 45℃,treatment time 16 h,dosage of complex enzyme 110 mg per gram of licorice residue,the degradation rate of lignin,cellulose,hemicellulose and hemicellulose rates up to 20.340%,46.303%and 65.011%,respectively. Conclusion :The lignin and total cellulose in the licorice residue treated by the complex enzyme method have higher degradation rate,and can effectively increase the content of flavonoids and sugar,which lays a foundation for further verification of feed kinetic energy and provides a basis for broadening the downstream industrial chain.
