Silage utilization of forage plants in karst rocky desertification areas

In order to solve single feeding way was detrimental to the healthy growth of livestock,deviated with current ecological animal husbandry as well.The article studied on silage about forage plants in potential and mild karst desertification area.The results showed that:(1)The sensory change on merits was Bromus cartharticus Vahl.= Lolium perenne L. Dactylis glomerata L. Festuca elata Keng ex E.,of which Festuca arundinacea was in the second good grades,other three kinds of grass were first-class quality;(2)The content of dry matter had obvious upward trend after silage processing;(3)Adding lactic acid bacteria was better for grass to maintain aerobic stability,pH change larger from 0 h to 60 h on four kinds of forage grass,smaller in period of 60 ~ 120 h;(4)Silage had obvious effect on improve forage quality.It explained that silage was an essential component for ecological animal husbandry,it was one kind of derivative industries which suppresses karst desertification by soil erosion prevention,and it was in line with karst desertification control.
