Performance analysis of waste heat power generation system with a dual pressure AQC boiler of multiple stage gas inlets

The work conditions and temperature distribution of gas and cement clinker in the grate cooler were analyzed.The result showed that if the gas supplied to the dual pressure AQC with multiple stage of different temperature the power generation efficiency could be increased without increasing of kiln heat consumption compared to single gas intake system.when the gas pressure was 1.6MPa or 2.0MPa,the total power generation inereased 81.29~289.67kW or 123.86~309.86kW,and the power generation efficiency increased 0.10%~0.34% or 0.16%~0.37%.
