Energy-saving reform of filling system of liquefied argon tanker

Zhang Xiaobing(Gas Factory,Xinyu Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.,Tuanjie West Road,Xinyu 338001,Jiangxi,P.R.China)  
The liquefied argon tanker filling system of Xinyu Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.is reformed and the boosting filling mode of storage tank with air bath type vaporizer is reformed to compression filling with liquid pump.Thereby,it realizes "No loss" under-pressure filling of tanker without tail gas discharge and pre-cooling of liquefied argon pump without outwards discharge and thus obtains remarkable energy-saving effects.The feasibility of the reform scheme,the specific operation process and notes are described.
