Study Properties of Compound Special Fiber for Phosphogypsum-based Cementitious Material

In this paper phosphogypsum-based cementitious material(PGS)was prepared by phosphogypsum as major raw material, combining with slag for modification and adding the cement. The influence of adding special fiber on mechanical prosperities, water resistance and pore structure were investigated by measuring the impact work, flexural strength, compressive strength, porosity of PGS, as well as the microscopy of fracture surface. Results showed:(1) When fiber was 0.3%wt.%, the 28-day compressive strength, flexural strength and impact work(48.1MPa、4.8MPa and1213 J/m2) were increased by 20.6%, 18.8% and 69.7%; water absorption, porosity and density(3.2%, 8.32% and1.60 g/cm3) were decreased by 131.3%, 176.0% and 10.0%.(2) Many C-S-H gels as caking agent packing each groups formed intense network in structure, and fiber offering a bridging function inserted hardener PGS, so both alleviated the damaging effects of external forces on the whole together.
