Separation and purification of L-Glutamine based on National 717 anion exchange resin from enzyme broth produced L-Glutamine

Objective:In order to offer help to industrialized production of glutamine;Method: Separation and purification of L-glutamine from enzyme broth produced L-glutamine was developed by using national 717 anion exchange resin based on the difference among the ionization constants of glutamicacid(Glu),glutamine(Gln);Result: When the broth was treated with the pretreatment, ion exchange, concentration and crystallization, the elution of 75% ethanol and dryness, the recovery rate of Gln was 60.3%, the purity reached 98%;Conclusion: This method can effectively reduce the cost of purification, and maintain the high purity and recovery rate.
