Review on nitrogenous substances in infant formula milk powder

Objective:The important of nitrogenous substances in baby and infant formula milk powder is briefly explained in this article,also,the different composition between human milk and cow milk and their effects are discussed; Results:Baby and infant formula milk powder is at the base of cow milk.Not only the ratio of different kinds of proteins is changed but also the functional proteins and peptides are added, the important amino acids are adjusted; Conclusion:The baby and infant powdered milk formulas which are approaching human milk are more accord with the growth of babies.
