Application of Microorganisms in Food Fermentation

In this paper, the application of microorganisms in food fermentation was analyzed. The main purpose of this study was to understand the current situation of the development of microorganisms and the application of microorganisms in food fermentation. In the new era of rapid economic and cultural development, various industries have achieved remarkable development, especially in food processing industry, in order to meet the growing needs of life, the food processing industry by constantly innovative ways to improve the quality of their products. Through the understanding of the development of the food processing industry, it is clear that fermented food can provide people with more nutrition, and to varying degrees, play a role in health care. The microorganism has certain value in the preparation of fermented food. In this paper, firstly, the function of food fermentation was analyzed, and the application of microorganism in food fermentation was studied.
