Research on the Methods of Improving the Teaching Quality of Cooking Materials Knowledge

Knowledge of cooking materials is one of the main courses of entrance examination in the food related professional counterparts of secondary vocational education in recent years. According to the school and learning condition, the theory teaching of this course needs the teacher to the teaching of good organization and management. The author discusses from two aspects: the characteristics of teaching materials, teaching organization, to improve the quality of teaching this course approach, to strengthen standardization of theoretical teaching and guide the teaching of theory.
