KAP Survey of Students' Eating Habits

This paper investigates the nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior of the students in Kaifeng Health School to understand the nutritional knowledge of college students to grasp the situation, diet attitude and behavior habits to understand that unhealthy dietary behaviors of students, determine the relevant factors affecting their eating habits, and puts forward the reasonable intervention measures, reasonable diet and guide students to correct bad eating habits. The results show that most of the students' body mass index is in good condition, but also a small number of students are underweight, overweight and obese. 33.4% of the students had bad eating behavior problems. Analyzed by chi square, physical health status did not affect eating habits, nutritional knowledge and dietary problems which influences the attitude of eating behavior, such as nutrition awareness level, whether to take the initiative to understand the nutrition knowledge, attitudes, food collocation to breakfast attitudes, attention to nutrition collocation associated with eating habits a. According to the survey results, suggestions for students and the school canteen staffto strengthen the propaganda and education of nutrition knowledge, reasonable diet, make the students change the eating attitudes, gradually guide the students to form good eating habits.
