Reform of Graduation Thesis for Food Specialty in Newly-built Undergraduate Colleges

This paper was concerned about the problems existing in graduation thesis of food specialty in newly-built undergraduate colleges, including undergraduate students' own reasons, the reasons of guidance teachers, the investment of graduation thesis, experimental equipment, the site, shortage of experimenters, etc. The reform measures to improve the quality of graduation thesis were put forward from the following aspects: The guidance of undergraduate thesis based on scientific research project driving and scientific research tutor, the cultivation of students' thesis consciousness, the establishment of comprehensive and reasonable graduation thesis evaluation system and the high-quality opening of thesis, and the strengthening of teachers' academic accomplishment and responsibility consciousness. In order to provide a useful reference for the improvement of the quality of graduation thesis of food specialty in newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities.
