Problems and Countermeasures in the Teaching Materials of Food Professional Higher Vocational Education

This paper analyzed the problems in the construction of the teaching material for the higher vocational education of the food specialty, and put forward some suggestions from the aspects of the importance of the objective, the rationality of the proportion of the content, the practicability of the region, the renewal of the content, the attribute of the use of the objects and so on.
