Discussing the Development and Consumer Demand of Fortified Food

This paper first analyzed the development process of the fortified food industry at home and abroad. Secondly, based on the survey of the fortified food consumption demand in Beijing, the future development of fortified foods will be analyzed, and development suggestions will be put forward.
