Kong Jun;Liu Xia;General Hospital of Shenyang Military;
Object: To investigate the effects of micronutrient nutrition balance diabetes diet in elderly diabetic patients. Methods: Among the elderly diabetic patients admitted to general hospital of Shenyang military, 80 cases were randomly selected according to the blind selection method for the study. According to different diet therapies, the selected subjects were divided into the control group and the observation group on an average basis. Subjects in control group treated with regular diet method, and for the research object in observation group is mainly in the regular diet therapy on the basis of trace element nutrition balance, compared to two groups after treatment the glycosylated hemoglobin, islet beta cells secrete a function index, insulin resistance and insulin sensitive index of numerical changes, and the patient's satisfaction with the treatment effect. Result: Observe groups glycated hemoglobin values, islet beta cells secrete a function index values were lower(P0.05), and insulin resistance index is higher than the control group(P0.05), two groups did not appear trace elements of poisoning phenomenon, the treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of elderly diabetic patients with micronutrient nutrition balance diabetes diet therapy can better control the level of blood glucose and effectively improve the function of insulin in patients.
