Multiple Real-time PCR Method for Pathogenic Detection in Food

Applicability of multiple real-time PCR method for pathogenic detection in food was verified for the edition of relative standards. The testing pathogens contain Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, and Vibrio parahemolyticus. The primers and probes were designed from 16S rRNA of these pathogens. The sample controls contained positive, negative, and blank controls. The method controls included GB 4789.4-2016, GB 4789.7-2013, GB 4789.10-2016, and GB 4789.30-2016. The reports showed that these sample controls were correct and the detection results were similar with these method controls. The real-time PCR method could shorten time, reduce operation, and possess applicability.
