Detection and Analysis of Food Based on Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry

Based on the analysis of the application principle and characteristics of gas chromatographymass spectrometry(GC-MS), the food inspection based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was studied from the aspects of substance composition detection, pesticide residue detection, food additives detection and nutrient composition detection.
