Method of Quickly Identifying High Quality Wheat During Purchase Period

The quality index of high quality wheat is more and the test time is longer. It is difficult to identify and purchase high-quality wheat through quality testing. The purity of wheat varieties can be calculated by identifying the appearance of high quality wheat. At the same time, refer to the quality index such as bulk density, wet gluten, hardness index, combined with regional characteristics and customer needs, we can determine the standard for the purchase of high quality wheat. However, this method is subjective and arbitrary. It is suggested that the grain depot should be used according to the actual situation.
