Research of Preparation Method for the Metaproteome in Shaoxing Rice Wine Koji

In this study, Shaoxing koji was the research object, two different preparation methods of sample, acetone precipitation and Clean Up Kit were used to isolate the metaproteome. The results showed that Clean Up Kit can effectively remove salt ions, polysaccharides and other, the number of protein spots was more and clear. When the amount of protein was 90μg, the metapromics spots were effiectively separated. In conclusion, a suitable preparation method for metaproteome from Shaoxing rice wine koji was established, the two-dimensional electorphoresis maps with good quality were obtained.
