The Only Way to Inherit and Develop CHU Cuisine:Technological Innovation

In order to promote the innovation and development of Chu cuisine, we should keep exploring the inheritance law of jingchu dishes on the premise of maintaining the flavor of Chu countryside, and make use of new technology, new technology, new equipment and new raw materials to develop, transform, test and promote Chu cuisine, so as to make it more scientific and vigorous.
