THE APPLICATION RESEARCH PROGRESS IN MODERN BIOTECHNOLOGY IN THE FIELDS OF FOOD INDUSTRY

The application of modern biotechnology such as gene engineering, cell engineering, enzyme engineering and fermentation engineering in the fields of food industry are discussed in this paper.
