PRESENT SITUATION OF THE UTILIZATION AND DETECTION OF 2-AMINOBUTANE ON STORED FRUIT AND VEGETABLES

In this paper, the physical and chemical characters of 2 - aminobutane were introduced. The utilization of it in the storage of the fruit and vegetables, and the situation of detecting methods were reviewed.
