An Interactive Method for Group Multiple-Attribute Decision-Making with Incomplete Information

This paper deals with the multi-attribute decision-making problem when each group member articulates his or her preferences about weights of utility and attribute incompletely.It constructs reference-strength-interval by pair wise dominance relationship between alternatives.Making using of consistency checking and group net preference-strength,this interactive algorithm establishes a group-order.The methods developed for the problem are widely used for dealing with social problems such as economic planning,industry process,transportation,and military decision,etc.
